What quality assurance means for YOU:

Production reliability and sure results

Comprehensive quality tests, continuous workforce training courses and the application of the latest measuring technology characterize the reliability of the process. Regular internal audits ensure consistent quality. We naturally have DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 certification.

Technical measurements, tests (e.g., salt spray test) and the appropriate documentation before and during the production process allow us to identify possible deviations at an early stage so that the relevant correction measures can be initiated in good time. On request, we can certainly let you have a conclusive test protocol.

All measuring instruments are subject to regular internal and external inspection controls. In addition, the electrolytes of the plating baths are continuously monitored in our own laboratory and the results archived. This ensures the reproducibility of the most diverse qualities.

Corrosion protection technology

In August 2004, our graduate quality management engineer, Monika Goltzsch, successfully completed the thesis for her second degree in the field of correction protection technology. With the knowledge gained from this and through the close collaboration resulting from this with South Westphalia University of Applied Sciences, we are able in the field of research to develop and implement innovative solutions for the problems of our customers.

To make continued use of the capabilities and creativeness of our competent workforce, the Company suggestion scheme was introduced in 2008 in both our plants.

Newly certificated for DIN EN ISO 9001:2008, DIN EN ISO 14001:2005 (Environment) and BS OHSAS 18001:2007 (industrial safety).
